In an effort to stay in the neighborhood they loved, this client had already done major renovations in just about every area of their 1960’s house, including raising the entire ceiling. The last piece to help them fall in love with their home again was the kitchen. We removed walls, relocated plumbing and electrical connections and added a huge furniture piece island right in the middle of it all. This resulted in the kitchen becoming at least twice the size it was originally, and a completely open concept- perfect for entertaining!
