We had some challenges updating the layout of this one. Our client wanted to open up the kitchen without taking away space from the adjoining living room. Our solution was to shift the placement of the sink cabinet/breakfast bar in the new design, which resulted in the kitchen looking twice the original size but keeping the same footprint! Some special features of this kitchen are the marble backsplash, undercabinet lighting and expansive pantry cabinets with roll outs.
